Individual Food Pickups are available by appointment only between:
4pm and 4:45pm from Monday to Friday ONLY
At Hands of Mercy OC, our primary focus as a distribution center is to supply Organizations with meals - which are then distributed to their respective communities. We DO allow individuals or a small group to obtain meal boxes by making an appointment using the phone number below. Pick up times are between 4pm and 4:45pm Monday-Friday.
We do our best to supply individuals in need however we reserve the right to refuse the dispersement of food. Our goal is to be relational, loving, and good stewards — and in order to accomplish this we must adhere to both our organizational standards, the rules of our property, and by what is acceptable by law.
Note: In order to pick up food you must have a vehicle. Unfortunately we have had encounters in the past where at risk individuals come to get food on foot and then leave trash around the property. We operate within a business park and want to respect the other tenants by keeping a safe and clean environment. Please utilize the parking spaces that are NOT in front of the building but against the wall or closer to the train tracks. The parking spaces next to the building are reserved for tenants.
